This machined fixed‑tubesheet heat exchanger evaporator belongs to classic BEM shell‑and‑tube pressure vessel equipment. Two fixed tubesheets are welded rigidly to both ends of shell cylinder; heat‑exchange tube bundle is assembled between two tubesheets. Medium completes evaporation and phase change heat transfer through wall conduction between tube‑side and shell‑side fluids. When large temperature difference exists between shell and tube bundle, a corrugated expansion joint can be installed on shell body to relieve thermal stress.
Core pressure‑bearing tubesheet adopts heavy forging and precision CNC multi‑spindle deep‑hole drilling, ensuring strict tolerance for hole pitch, aperture and perpendicularity; tube‑to‑tubesheet connection adopts strength welding or weld‑plus‑expansion composite process to prevent leakage under evaporation pressure fluctuation. Suitable for clean or moderately‑fouling process media; widely used as evaporator, vaporizer and reboiler for petro‑chemical, fine‑chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental‑protection brine‑treatment projects.
